From the Constitution: The Department of Sehat-e-Jismani adopts plans concerning general health and imparts pertinent information to the members of the Majlis.   The departments main objective is to promote physical fitness activities within the majlis.  The goal for each majalis in the United States is to successfully complete 3 different fitness related tasks throughout the year.
